The Women’s Bowling Club has continued to play the club Championships and Competitions. The triples were played on 8th September and the winners were Sandra Connor, Dianne Tully, Gail Banks with runners-up Linda Adams, Marion Hunt, Vicki Bott. The Club Selected Pairs played on September 1 were well contested. The winners of this competition were Lorraine Rodgers and Vicki Bott. Runners-up were Sue Picton, Judy Dyson.
The Consistency Singles Final was played between Dianne Tully and Gail Banks. Although Gail led for most of the way, Dianne spurted at the end and finished winning 150-120. Congratulations to all our members who have entered our championships and competitions this year.
